The sculpture House by Ratko Vulanović was installed in Tašmajdan Park in 1989 on the occasion of the IX Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement.
It was a gift from the municipalities of Montenegro and originally featured accompanying information about the work, but due to lack of maintenance, it is now in a neglected condition. In form, it resembles megaliths and symbolizes home—a place to which one always returns.
This sculpture, along with other gifts from Yugoslav cities, represented an expression of solidarity and unity among the peoples of the former SFRY.
