The bust was unveiled during the official visit of Kazakhstan\u2019s President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Serbia. The ceremony was attended by then President of Serbia Tomislav Nikoli\u0107, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107, and Belgrade Mayor Sini\u0161a Mali.
