This block features 5 types of buildings. The high-rise buildings have 13 floors, while the other buildings have 8 floors. Unlike Block 1, there are more high-rises here. Although New Belgrade as a whole is predominantly a Red Star area, the blocks around the Fountain and Paris Commune are more dominated by Grobari.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to fan graffiti and tags, Block
