Tako su nazivi Vra\u010dar, Dedinje, Vi\u0161nica, Mirijevo, Mali i Veliki Mokri Lug, Kumodra\u017e ostali i posle turskog doba, dok su neki turski toponomi postali deo urbanog prostora Beograda: Avala, Bulbuder, Dor\u0107ol, Kalemegdan, Maki\u0161, Pa\u0161ino brdo, Rospi kapija Ta\u0161majdan, Terazije, Torlak, \u010cubura i \u010cukarica.<\/p>\n<p>U dana\u0161njem govoru ostao je\u00a0 veliki broj turcizama npr:\u00a0 \u010daj, jastuk, \u010dar\u0161av, jorgan, kapija, kom\u0161ija, itd\u2026 Kultura ishrane koja se usvojila ogleda se i danas u jelima kao \u0161to je npr. sarma, \u0111uve\u010d,\u00a0 pilav, burek, tur\u0161ija, halva, pekmez, \u0161erbet,\u00a0 baklava itd&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Turcizmi u svakodnevici:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;U na\u0161em <u>kom\u0161iluku <\/u>stanuje gospo\u0111a koja se bavi pletenjem <u>\u010darapa<\/u>. Ima psa koji \u010desto tr\u010di po <u>avliji<\/u>. Svakodnevno posve\u0107uje odre\u0111eno vreme odr\u017eavanju svoje <u>ba\u0161te.<\/u>\u00a0 Prepoznatljiva je po svojim specijalitetima \u2013 <u>ajvaru<\/u>, <u>bureku<\/u> i <u>ribljoj \u010dorbi<\/u>. Ranije je pekla i <u>rakiju<\/u>.\u00a0 \u010cesto ide do <u>du\u0107ana<\/u> koji je u blizini i ima obi\u010daj da se raspri\u010da sa ostalim <u>mu\u0161terijama<\/u>. Njena <u>kapija<\/u> je svake godine okre\u010dena u drugu boju. Na svom <u>tavanu<\/u> \u010duva <u>sanduk<\/u> pun starih uspomena. Svojim unucima \u010desto pri\u010da pri\u010de o <u>hajducima<\/u>. I po <u>kijametu<\/u> njoj ne\u0107e biti problem da ih poseti i obi\u0111e&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>OSMANSKO-BALKANSKI GRAD<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"\\\" class=\"\\\" data-index=\"\\\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_12411\" style=\"width: 561px\"  class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/beotura.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/20210204_102641.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12411\" src=\"http:\/\/beotura.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/20210204_102641.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"561\" height=\"430\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Baklava, orijentalni kola\u010d<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Odmah po osvajanju Beograda, Osmanlije su osnovali\u00a0 <strong>\u010dar\u0161iju-trgova\u010dki centar grada.<\/strong> O\u017eivljavanju i razvoju trgovine doprinela je prisutnost velikog garnizona i administrativnog aparata \u010dije su potrebe bile velike. Na Dunavu, isto\u010dno od glavnog pristani\u0161ta, nalazila se glavna gradska luka i brodogradili\u0161te. Na Savi nalazilo se vojno pristani\u0161te i njena luka. U <strong>Donjem gradu<\/strong> osnovano je muslimansko gra\u0111ansko naselje oko 1521. godine. Ipak se Beograd u prvim decenijama turske vladavine sporo razvijao. U popisu iz <strong>1560<\/strong>-te godine potvr\u0111eno je postojanje 11 hri\u0161\u0107anskih mahala. Grad je sredinom 16. veka dobio prve monumentalne gra\u0111evine.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_12412\" style=\"width: 591px\"  class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/beotura.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG-20201201-WA0073.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12412\" src=\"http:\/\/beotura.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG-20201201-WA0073.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"591\" height=\"580\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tradicionalna turska Ili doma\u0107a kafa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Popis, izvr\u0161en posle <strong>Beogradskog mira 1739<\/strong>, ukazuje na veliki promet kafe u tom periodu. <strong>Kafa<\/strong> je ina\u010de postala popularna u islamskom svetu ve\u0107 od 15. veka. Prva kafana u Istanbulu otvorena je 1555.godine. Beograd se izme\u0111u ostalog na\u0161ao na putu kojim se kafa od po\u010detka 17. veka iz Moke u Jemenu dopremala u Evropu. Tako je prva kafana u Beogradu zabele\u017eena ve\u0107 1616. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Trgovinu kafom na Balkanu preuzeli su Dubrov\u010dani, a u privani \u017eivot ona je u\u0161la tek od 18. veka kada se slu\u017eila i u hri\u0161\u0107anskim ku\u0107ama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kafane <\/strong>se \u00a0spominju\u00a0 i me\u0111u imanjima zave\u0161tanim d\u017eamijama. Po kafani u sklopu \u0110umruk hana ozna\u010den je sokak koji je vodio od Dor\u0107ola prema Dunavu.<\/p>\n<p>Duvan koji je potekao iz Amerike, vrlo brzo je u\u0161ao u osmansku kulturu, pa je tradicijia ispijanja kafe dopunjena pu\u0161enjem duvana ve\u0107 od 17. veka. Duvan su pu\u0161ili i hri\u0161\u0107ani, a me\u0111u Srbima se pojavio i burmut ( fini aromatski prah napravljen od duvanskog li\u0161\u0107a koji se \u0161mr\u010de) u drugoj polovini 18. veka.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_12413\" style=\"width: 551px\"  class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/beotura.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ratluk-beotura.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12413\" src=\"http:\/\/beotura.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ratluk-beotura.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"551\" height=\"544\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ratluk, slatki\u0161 koji se servira uz kafu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Na putu od Vidin kapije prema Dor\u0107olu nalazila se\u00a0<em><strong>Kazand\u017eijska \u010dar\u0161ija<\/strong>, <\/em>u istom kraju nalazili su se i<strong> Bit-pazar <\/strong><em>i <\/em><strong>Avret-Pazar <\/strong>(prodavana stara roba i ku\u0107ne radinosti). Na prostrou ispred jugozapadnog dela Gornjeg grada, sa ju\u017ene i zapadne strane sme\u0161ten je bio <em>At-pazar<\/em> namenjen prodaji konja, roblja i drugog ratnog plena.<\/p>\n<p>Beograd je bio poznat i po<strong> sebiljima<\/strong>&#8211; posebnom vrstom humanitarnih objekata koje su podizali dobrotvori i trgovci u prometnim ulicama i slu\u017eili su za napajanje prolaznika vodom.
